What it does

HR Partner keeps employee records alongside leave management and reusable onboarding checklists. A checklist can gather files, show training material and assign work to colleagues, with reminders and optional administrator verification. Three subscription levels vary in features and administrator allowance, and a 14-day trial starts without payment-card details.

Create a checklist template for a role or process, using document links, uploads, videos, forms and tasks. Assign work to the new employee or another team member, such as the person preparing their computer. Automatic reminders follow incomplete items, and an administrator can verify selected tasks. Uploaded files go into the employee record while the completion view shows what is still outstanding.

Plan Main scope Included administrators
Core Employee records, leave and onboarding Up to 5
Premium Adds recruiting, reviews, time and signatures Up to 10
VIP Adds priority support and customization Unlimited

Plans include implementation sessions without a setup fee. Annual card subscriptions cost eleven monthly payments; alternative-payment annual invoices use twelve. Extra administrators may cost more.

Registration asks for your name, work email, password, company and chosen company subdomain. The trial lasts fourteen days.

Strengths

  • Checklist uploads are filed in the employee record
  • Tasks can require administrator verification

Watch out for

  • Electronic signatures and timesheets require Premium or VIP
  • Extra administrators may add charges on capped plans

Best for

  • Smaller HR teams that need reusable onboarding and employee self-service
