What it does
Hushmail combines encrypted email with forms and e-signatures. It documents a recipient-link workflow that allows clients to read and reply without installing software.
Hushmail’s recipient workflow is designed for a practice sending sensitive correspondence to clients at ordinary email providers. A private link opens the protected conversation in a browser, where the client can reply or send a new message. The sender’s interface has an encryption toggle and lock indicator.
Forms are part of the same offer: completed intake details, attachments and signatures arrive in the practice’s Hushmail inbox. That can be useful when mail and documentation need to stay together. Hushmail markets plans for regulated healthcare use, but choosing it alone is not an independent finding that a practice meets its legal obligations.
Strengths
- Clients can use a browser link without installing an app.
- Forms and e-signatures route into the same inbox.
