What it does
HyperUI is a free, open-source collection of Tailwind CSS components. It organizes examples for application interfaces, marketing sites and a separate neobrutalist visual style.
HyperUI is a collection of Tailwind examples for application screens, marketing pages and neobrutalist designs. It is useful when you want alternative layouts for a particular element, such as a breadcrumb, card or dropdown.
Open a component category, compare the examples, then use Preview and Copy on the version you want. The dropdown page includes viewport controls from Mobile to Full and a text-direction control, plus separate dark-mode variants. The copied HTML contains the Tailwind classes, so it can be edited directly in your project.
The examples are free under the MIT licence and are available without signing in. They are starting markup: the dropdown snippets contain placeholder links and do not include JavaScript for opening and closing the menu. Connect those actions to your application before using them as working navigation.
Strengths
- Components are organized around application and marketing use cases.
- Viewport previews and dark variants help compare component treatments.
- The collection is free and MIT-licensed.
Watch out for
- Dropdown examples provide markup and styling; menu state and real link destinations still need implementation.
Best for
- Designers and developers comparing Tailwind component layouts
