What it does
IMGonline provides JPEG processing tools for metadata, rotation, progressive output, compression and color correction.
For a stripped JPEG copy, choose the JPG in the metadata-removal tool and click OK. It removes EXIF, IPTC, XMP and Photoshop information without recompressing image pixels, returning a separate processed image while leaving the original unchanged. That route has a 50 Mpx limit; other functions have different caps. The site says processed images remain available for no more than two hours. Keep its lossless claims scoped to metadata, right-angle rotation and other stated operations; colour changes and lossy compression are different tasks.
Strengths
- JPEG metadata editing and removal
- Documented lossless right-angle rotation
Watch out for
- Metadata-removal input is limited to 50 Mpx; other operations have different upload/pixel limits.
Best for
- Preparing JPEG copies with deliberate metadata choices
