What it does
iMocha is a skills and work-intelligence platform for HR teams. It combines skills architecture, inferred employee profiles and assessment results with workforce planning, internal mobility and learning-related workflows. Recruitment assessment is one part of the wider platform.
Start with the role or project and the skills it needs. iMocha's inference feature draws on resumes, certifications, learning records and project data to update employee profiles. Check where a relevant skill came from before treating it as demonstrated readiness; an inferred capability and an assessment result answer different questions.
Compare that profile with the target requirements to identify gaps. The broader platform connects skills information with development, internal moves and workforce planning. For an internal project, keep the required tasks visible while discussing which gaps need training or further assessment.
Access also needs maintenance when a colleague changes roles. Administrators open Settings → Global Settings → Users, choose Inactivate and confirm. The account changes status and the user receives an email; Activate reverses the process. This does not increase the account's purchased active-user allowance.
iMocha arranges a demonstration and discusses a pilot or rollout. Its service terms put licence scope, test and user limits, and charges in a customer proposal or purchase plan. Review those allowances with the data sources and system connections you need; employer access requires a user ID and password.
