What it does
Accord turns sales and onboarding processes into playbooks and shared deal workspaces. Templates carry assigned next steps and resources into a customer’s plan, with approval controls for template edits. Paid access combines a per-user subscription with a platform fee.
Duplicate an Accord sales or onboarding example from Playbooks before building a new process. Edit the playbook details so its purpose and default workspace name are clear. Give each Next Steps item an owner and description; its Resources are copied into customer Accords created from that playbook.
Approval governs the template itself. Approve Playbook prevents non-admins from changing it, and it can be unapproved when another revision is needed. This keeps template maintenance separate from a representative's work on an individual deal.
To create the customer workspace manually, choose Create Accord, connect the opportunity or deal where the customer relationship management (CRM) connection is configured, identify the account and select the playbook. Approved Email Domains expedites access for people with that company domain, so choose that scope deliberately rather than adding a broad domain by default.
