What it does

Inbox Monster helps email teams check how a message renders and investigate inbox placement, authentication and sender reputation. Creative testing and deliverability monitoring are sold as separate annual suites, with account registration required.

A placement report is more useful when its providers resemble the audience. Inbox Monster's ISP Management settings let a team adjust the provider view for the regions and audience types it serves. Begin with that setup, then use campaign reports to inspect inbox-versus-spam placement, authentication and reputation findings.

Custom notifications can flag chosen thresholds for placement, blocklists, complaints or other supported signals. Delivery through email, Slack or PagerDuty lets the responsible team see the exception without relying on somebody revisiting a dashboard. Available email service provider integrations can also schedule placement tests as part of an existing sending workflow.

Creative rendering and deliverability have separate yearly starting packages. The Creative suite's higher tiers add approval workflows and other collaboration scope, while the Deliverability suite covers placement and reputation tools. A team buying previews should not assume that it has also purchased the delivery-analysis package. Professional services can be added to the latter.

Creative Essential includes 15,000 previews a year, while Advanced raises that to 30,000. Those are rendering previews, not an email-sending allowance. Registration asks for your name, company, email address and a password; choose the suite around whether your immediate job is reviewing the email's appearance or investigating its delivery.
