What it does

Influencity combines creator discovery, relationship management, campaigns and reporting with social-management and listening tools. Deliverable reviews connect agreements to published content. Registered users can try core capabilities for seven days before choosing monthly or annual billing.

In Campaign Builder > Deliverables > Advanced Configuration, enable content validation and set the submission lead time and instructions. These become part of the creator agreement. Leaving validation off automatically approves contracted deliverables.

Open submissions in Needs Review. Approve clears publication; Request Revision requires a comment and sends the work to Influencer Review. Creators can resubmit. YouTube drafts use an unlisted link, title and caption; automatic tracking later records published content as Posted.

Usage rights are absent from post details when creators enter through the relationship manager and negotiate outside the campaign workflow.

The seven-day trial covers core capabilities, with features varying by plan. Paid accounts use monthly or annual subscriptions and track consumption of creator analyses, monitored creators and other allowances in the dashboard. Log in with your email address and password; newsletter or webinar registration alone does not create a platform account.

Strengths

  • Submission deadlines enter creator agreements
  • Revisions remain attached to deliverables

Watch out for

  • Disabled validation bypasses manual approval
  • External negotiations omit in-app rights details

Best for

  • Teams reviewing creator deliverables before publication
