What it does
Inkitt is a story platform where readers discover original fiction and authors share work. It also offers author-subscription content.
Read the work’s access and completion information before following it. Inkitt’s open discovery platform is distinct from Galatea, its sister reading app for selected stories. That difference matters when a recommendation leads to another service with different access terms.
Inkitt’s homepage includes free books, while author subscriptions unlock author-selected exclusive content for a monthly payment. Check the selected author’s subscriber-only areas; a subscription to one author does not imply access to every story on the platform.
