Inrō is a tool for Instagram direct messages and comments. An AI agent reads what someone asks, replies in your voice, and hands the conversation to you when needed. You can train it on your site, FAQ and price list. Comment to DM sends a link when someone comments on a post. DM campaigns message a segment of your contacts. A smart inbox and CRM store, tag and search contacts. Inrō connects to Shopify, Calendly, Stripe and Make.com, and offers an API and an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT.
