What it does
Insense combines creator recruitment and campaign management for user-generated content, influencer posts and creator advertising. It requires an account and a paid subscription, with creator fees budgeted separately. Its advertised Trial is a paid month that converts to a quarterly Brand plan unless cancelled in advance.
Decide whether the campaign needs raw footage, a finished advertisement or both. Insense's brief changes with the objective and records product details, creator criteria and asset requirements. Reference content and a screening question can clarify an unusual need, such as filming a demonstration with particular equipment. Insense checks the completed brief before releasing it to creators.
Platform subscriptions and creator payments are separate. The displayed self-service plans differ as follows:
| Plan | Included seats / brands | Campaign scope | Marketplace fee on creator payments |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 1 / 1 | One campaign, up to ten creators | 20% |
| Brand | 2 / 1 | Unlimited campaigns and creators | 10% |
| Agency | 4 / 5 | Unlimited campaigns and creators | 7% |
Brand and Agency offer quarterly or annual billing. The paid Trial upgrades to quarterly Brand access unless you contact support by email or chat at least 48 hours before the upgrade date.
Fund the account before hiring. Payment normally follows approval, but an unanswered submission closes after 21 days and the creator is paid under the service terms. The brief forms the campaign agreement, so it should specify whether you need raw files, a finished asset or posting through the creator's account. Standard terms include up to three revision rounds unless the brief says otherwise. Further rounds can cost extra, and feedback should stay within the agreed requirements.
