What it does

Insider One connects customer data with personalised email and cross-channel journeys. Its Architect canvas can wait for an interaction and branch the follow-up; pricing is customised around features, channels and data volume, and staff join through an administrator's invitation.

Decide what an email step means for the next action. Architect normally proceeds on Send, but its live actions can wait for a view or click. That hold is bounded: after thirty days, contacts continue even if the interaction has not happened. A separate Wait followed by Check Interaction is useful when the goal is to give recipients time to act and then branch on the result.

Wait for Some Time starts its duration when the person reaches that element. Each Wait can last at most three months, and a path's total wait time cannot exceed six months. For a delayed renewal sequence, place the timing rule in the path instead of assuming the journey's launch time starts every contact's clock.

Email frequency caps are another independent control. A contact at the daily limit can proceed without receiving that email; Architect also provides an explicit bypass option. Save the email settings themselves, because this page does not autosave even though the canvas does.

Insider One offers a public platform tour and a requested demonstration. Prices are customised around the selected features, channels and data volume.

For team access, an Account or Group Administrator opens User Management, chooses Invite User and enters the colleague's email and role. An invitation starts registration. Temporary access can last up to 30 days and cannot use the Administrator role, which is useful when a contractor needs a limited period to help with a campaign.

Strengths

  • Wait timing is calculated from each contact's arrival at the element

Watch out for

  • Email live-action holds end after thirty days even without the interaction
  • Each Wait is limited to three months and a journey path to six months

Best for

  • Marketing teams coordinating behavior-based email with other engagement channels
