What it does

InsuredMine is customer relationship management (CRM) software for insurance sales, account history and customer engagement. It works alongside an agency management system and can trigger actions as deals change. Monthly or annual subscriptions follow a fourteen-day evaluation.

An administrator can open Pipelines in InsuredMine, select a pipeline and use its gear menu to reach Automation. Choose the stage or another trigger, such as adding a category or marking a deal won. Then add the action and its timing. Emails, tasks, checklists and moving a card are separate actions in the sequence.

Check the sender before enabling a client message. Pipeline communications use the deal's assigned agent by default, including that agent's email identity, signature and tags. A reassigned deal therefore deserves a review of its follow-up context.

The trial excludes agency management system integration. Evaluate that connection as a separate buying requirement rather than expecting the trial to demonstrate live policy-system synchronization.

Subscription and trial

Create an account for the fourteen-day evaluation. Subscriptions can run monthly or annually; monthly cancellation needs thirty days' notice. Setup and implementation fees may apply, and additional email or text capacity costs extra.

Strengths

  • Pipeline triggers cover stage changes, categories and deal outcomes
  • Automation can combine communications with internal tasks and card movement

Watch out for

  • The trial does not include agency management system integration
  • Monthly cancellation requires thirty days’ notice

Best for

  • Insurance agencies adding relationship follow-up around an existing agency system
