What it does
Insureio organizes insurance leads, clients, policies and follow-up. Brand profiles, status rules and lead assignment help agencies coordinate inquiries from different sources. Paid packages are monthly, and a thirty-day trial opens through the Insureio application.
An Insureio lead can carry a brand as well as a referrer or source within that brand. Use those distinctions when setting routing rules: two inquiries about the same insurance product may still belong to different producers or business identities.
Custom status types and rules can trigger emails and call reminders. On the opportunity dashboard, check the client's time zone, current status, required follow-up and assigned team member before deciding the next contact. A nurture campaign can combine automatic email with a task that brings a person back into the conversation.
