What it does
Arkham combines address and entity profiles, transaction lookup, visual fund-flow maps and alerts. Its free tools include the Explorer and Visualizer, while Enterprise adds casework, advanced filtering and team functions at a quoted price.
Search an address, entity, transaction identifier or token to choose the level of detail you need. An address is an individual blockchain destination; an entity groups addresses Arkham associates with the same organization or person. Labels and predicted labels provide context, but their attribution still needs checking before you draw conclusions.
The Visualizer turns an address or entity into an incoming-and-outgoing transaction graph. Inspect the volume overview, open a connection for transaction details, and narrow the view by token, value, direction, time or chain. The current version also supports undo with Ctrl+Z or Command+Z. A flow diagram helps follow transfers; it does not establish why someone made them.
For recurring monitoring, sign in and open Alerts > Create Alert. Specify the address or entity, sending or receiving side, token, amount, dollar threshold and chain. Choose the notification channel and check the displayed usage limits. Email and Telegram alerts are available within the free account allowance; Enterprise has higher limits. Each alert links back to the transaction.
Enterprise is sold by quote. It adds creation of cases, traces, custom labels and entities, dashboards and other investigation tools. Its 14-day trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When the trial ends, created items remain but become locked, and alerts are paused under the trial's expiry rules.
Use a report's transaction evidence alongside its labels. A large transfer alone is neither proof of wrongdoing nor a reliable forecast of the next price move.
Strengths
- Entity profiles reduce the need to inspect each related address separately
- The transaction explorer accepts a specific transaction identifier across supported chains
Watch out for
- Creating new investigation cases and custom dashboards requires Enterprise
- An attribution or predicted label can need independent corroboration
Best for
- Researchers checking the movement behind a reported blockchain transfer
- Teams maintaining an investigation trail across related addresses
