What it does
Intesa Sanpaolo’s app and internet banking handle transfers, postal bills, payments using Italy’s F24 tax form and card management. Its Quick Training guides explain individual tasks, with telephone help from the Digital Branch. XME accounts include paid adult options and a free account for children under 18.
For a postal payment slip, the app can scan the bill before you review and approve the payment details. Bank transfers and F24 forms use separate functions. Card management is under Carte. Prepaid top-ups support the card types identified by the bank, including named cards, cards with an IBAN and certain pension or university cards.
The Quick Training page groups tutorials by task, so you can start with the payment or card action you need. Digital Branch assistance is available by phone as well as through digital channels.
Adult and family account costs
XME Conto Silver costs €5.90 monthly. That includes the monthly fee for the first XME Debit Card and the securities deposit account; an additional XME Debit Card costs €1.50 monthly. Credit cards and other services have separate charges.
XME Conto UP! has a €0 base monthly fee until the child turns 18, with its XME Card Plus, savings pot and O-Key Smart access also free. ATM withdrawals and euro SEPA transfers are free; currency conversion can cost extra. The account has a €20,000 maximum balance. Parents set spending and withdrawal limits, within the published spending ceilings of €200 daily and €1,700 monthly.
A parent signs with identity and tax-code details. Active My Key users choose the offer and attached products online. Account use starts after bank approval and acknowledgement of the signed contract. Joint ownership is unavailable.
Starting online banking
Activate the My Key contract through your account manager or the bank’s self-service process, install Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile and complete first access with your credentials.
