What it does

Inventory Source offers a free supplier directory and paid catalog and order automation. Merchants use an account to preview feeds, connect a sales channel and manage supplier data.

The first Full Upload brings supplier content into a storefront. Later updates monitor price, quantity and status while leaving customized titles and descriptions separate. Marketplaces such as Amazon instead match supplier UPCs to existing listings.

In the update report, Success Count includes products checked even when nothing changed; Failure Count identifies products that could not be updated. A successful check therefore does not mean a listing was edited.

Full Automation adds order routing and tracking. Monthly charges are in USD.

Plan USD/month Included capacity
Supplier Directory Free Search, product-feed previews and supplier contacts
Inventory Automation Starter 199 Two integrations; 250,000 SKUs
Inventory Automation Power Seller 499 Ten integrations; 500,000 SKUs
Full Automation Starter 299 Two integrations; 250,000 SKUs; 500 orders
Full Automation Power Seller 599 Ten integrations; 500,000 SKUs; 1,000 orders

Extra integrations cost USD 50/month. Additional Full Automation orders cost USD 0.30 on Starter or USD 0.20 on Power Seller.

For a direct supplier connection, obtain reseller approval and choose a supported sales channel before purchasing the integration. Arrange customer payments and supplier payments separately; Inventory Source handles the data connection.
