Able2Extract Professional converts PDFs into Office and other formats and supplies OCR, editing, forms, and comparison. Its spreadsheet workflow lets users define table rows and columns.
Open the PDF, choose Excel conversion and use Custom to define rows and columns while checking the preview. Save the destination spreadsheet, and retain the conversion template when the next report uses the same layout. The seven-day trial permits one unrestricted file conversion, then limits later conversions to three pages each. Activation uses a registration PIN. Desktop builds cover Windows, Mac and Linux; the current x86 application needs Rosetta 2 on Apple Silicon. Related free online converters have a separate daily allowance.
