What it does

Invoiced by Flywire combines customer invoicing, collection workflows, cash application and receivables reporting for business finance teams. It connects with accounting systems and offers embedded payment collection. Pricing is quoted for the company's requirements after a product discussion.

Match payments to open balances

One incoming wire may cover several invoices or arrive without a useful reference. Invoiced's CashMatch AI uses customer identifiers, invoice numbers, amounts and other payment details to propose allocations. Finance staff can apply a proposed match or reject it and review the next suggestion.

Partial payments reduce the relevant invoice balance. Overpayments become customer credit for later invoices. If a payment cannot be matched, customer notifications follow the schedule and wording configured in settings. Automatic bank-deposit pickup requires the Flywire payment network.

Connecting the finance team

The demo page names NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, Xero and Workday connections. The product combines those accounting records with reminders, payment collection and reporting.

Start by requesting the live product demo and discussing the receivables workflow and required integrations. Invoiced quotes prices according to the intended use and requirements; there is no single public price for this configuration.

  • Cash matching can handle partial payments and customer overpayments
  • Notification timing and wording can be configured for unmatched payments
