What it does
Invoice Home helps freelancers and small businesses create branded invoices, estimates and other billing documents. You can email a payment link, download PDFs, export reports and work through its web or mobile apps. Free and paid accounts are available, with the free allowance based on the value invoiced rather than the number of customers.
Choose a template, add your business details and logo, then fill in the line items, taxes and payment terms. The advanced invoice form adds purchase-order numbers, unit prices, quantities and a due date. Invoice Home keeps customer and document records in the account and offers Android and iOS apps for billing away from a desk.
Its free plan is intended for businesses invoicing less than US$1,000 a month. The Unlimited plan removes that invoiced-value restriction. Check the upgrade amount shown for your account and purchase channel before subscribing; the paid service renews automatically.
An estimate can become an invoice without retyping it. Open the saved document, choose Edit and use Switch to to select the new document type. For a repeat job, the Copy tab creates another document from an existing invoice. Select Template changes its appearance.
When a customer pays outside the connected online payment system, open the invoice's Unpaid status and choose Set as Paid. Integrated online payments mark the invoice paid automatically. PayPal and Stripe are listed as supported gateways, so confirm their charges and country eligibility separately.
The Download tab saves a PDF for printing or your own records. You can also download the invoice archive together and export Excel reports, which is useful when handing billing records to an accountant.
If you stop needing the paid plan, the terms direct you to Settings > My Plan > Cancel My Subscription. Account Removal is a different action and removes access to the account's content.
