What it does
Invoice Maker has a free browser editor for freelancers and small businesses that need a PDF invoice. Add business and customer details, item prices, quantities, taxes and payment terms without creating an account. Separate account plans add invoice tracking and online payment features.
Make a PDF invoice
Enter your business and client details, set the date, currency and payment terms, then add each item's price and quantity. Tax, discount and shipping adjustments appear below the subtotal. Check the balance due before selecting Download PDF. A logo upload accepts PNG or JPG files up to 2MB.
Account features and plan limits
An account can save client and product details, send invoices by email or a shareable link, and track payment status. Invoice Defaults contains the branding settings; an invoice's More menu lets you update its payment state manually.
The account offering has Free, Essentials and Complete plans. Its pricing descriptions give conflicting invoice allowances for Free and Essentials, so those limits need clarification before choosing a subscription. The free PDF generator is separately available without an account. Online payment fees and account subscriptions are separate considerations.
