What it does
InvoiceOcean creates invoices, stores expense documents and provides sales reports, with paid options for recurring billing and warehouse records. You can choose the invoice language, currency and numbering format, then email or export the result. Its free account allows three income documents per month, while paid plans remove that limit.
InvoiceOcean suits a business that wants invoice records alongside expenses, departments and, on higher plans, stock movements. Start with Settings > Company / department to enter the seller's details. In Settings > Account settings, enable the document types you actually use and set the numbering format before issuing the first invoice. Review the tax name and rate there too; the default in a software form is not a decision about the tax applicable to your sale.
Click Invoice, select or enter the buyer and add the items, quantities and taxes. Choose payment type, due date, currency and language, then save. The resulting document can be emailed, printed, exported or edited. Saving also remembers customer and product details for later invoices.

There is a 30-day trial. The price selector offers USD or GBP and monthly or annual billing, with an advertised annual discount. Choose the currency and payment period before checking the subscription total.
The free limit is consumed when a document is saved. Deleting it does not restore that allowance; correct an error with Edit on the invoice instead. The allowance resets the following month. For an accounting-office workflow, compare the user and department controls rather than selecting solely by invoice volume.
