What it does

InvoiceOwl gives contractors and small businesses tools for estimates, invoices, purchase orders and customer records. It supports card and digital-wallet payments, partial-payment requests and job paperwork on the web, iOS and Android. The main app uses paid plans; recurring billing and team controls depend on the plan.

From estimate to payment

For a repair or installation job, reuse common quoted items in an estimate, then convert the approved estimate into an invoice. InvoiceOwl also tracks purchase orders and delivery status for materials. Its dashboard separates pending estimates from unpaid invoices.

A larger job can be billed using a deposit percentage or a partial-payment request. Customers can pay with major cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Plans billed annually

The displayed annual prices are in USD and expressed per month.

Plan Monthly equivalent Main distinction
Base USD 4 Invoices, quotes, purchase orders and one included seat
Premium USD 29 Recurring invoices, automated charging and three included seats
Premium Plus USD 99 Three businesses, five included seats and role controls

The pricing page lists additional seats at USD 9 per month each. Premium adds reminder sequences and SMS reminders. Start from Get Started and select a plan; payment processing is configured separately from preparing an estimate.

Strengths

  • Purchase orders include delivery-status tracking

Watch out for
