What it does
Invoxa is an online invoice maker for freelancers and small businesses. You create invoices, estimates and purchase orders in the web app at app.invoxa.com or in the iPhone and Android apps, add your logo, items and taxes, and send them to clients as a link or PDF. Clients can pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and the invoice is marked paid automatically.
Invoxa is an invoice maker for freelancers, contractors and small business owners. You can work in any desktop or mobile browser, or in the iPhone and Android apps, and use the same account across them. The tool covers invoices, estimates and purchase orders. You can add your logo and brand color and pick one of 8 templates. Clients can approve an estimate online and you turn it into an invoice in one click. When you connect a Stripe account, clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the invoice is marked paid. You can also record cash, check or card payments yourself. Reports show sales by client and item, taxes, and what each client still owes. Invoicing works in any of 119 currencies, but Invoxa does not convert amounts or apply exchange rates. The Pro plan has a 7-day free trial once per account. On the web you add a card at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, Pro costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year. There is no free plan after the trial. Online card payments depend on a Stripe account, and Invoxa does not take PayPal or cryptocurrency.
