What it does
iPiccy combines a browser photo editor, collage maker and design workspace, with crop, rotate, resize, automatic adjustment and facial retouching.
The published resize guide opens an image, sets width and height, optionally releases constrained proportions, applies the change and saves with a chosen name and quality. Its basics guide documents JPEG/PNG output. Rename the delivery copy when preserving the source matters. The resize guide says no account is needed, with extra features available to accounts. Current editor text uses WebGL and lists Open/Save, resize and retouch controls; older tutorial labels should be checked against that interface.
