What it does
Iris Works manages photography clients, booking, contracts and session preparation. Workflows can send questionnaires and reminders while keeping responses with the client. A 14-day trial provides full access without a card; paid plans distinguish booking, workflow and email-marketing needs.
Create separate Iris Works workflows for session types that need different preparation. A wedding timeline may collect vendor details well before the date, while a portrait session can use a shorter preparation questionnaire. Workflows can send those forms and keep their responses in the client profile.
Place contracts, invoices and reminders at the appropriate stages, with client details supplied through smart variables. The workflow remains adjustable: a step can be paused, skipped or sent manually when a client needs a different sequence. Booking-triggered workflows follow the account's configuration rather than replacing that setup decision.
Choose the right combination
| Plan | Main scope |
|---|---|
| Starter | Online booking, a booking website, payments and contracts |
| Basic | Workflows, lead pages, contracts and quotes |
| Pro | Basic plus either online booking or email marketing |
| Pro Plus | Basic plus both online booking and email marketing |
Paid terms are monthly or annual. Start the fourteen-day full-feature trial from the website to create an account; no payment card is needed. Each photography brand needs its own account. Gallery delivery is provided through integrations such as Pic-Time or ShootProof; a workflow's gallery notification does not mean Iris Works hosts the gallery.
