What it does
iTop VPN provides free and paid access, with Windows controls for kill-switch behavior, changing IPs and optional dedicated addresses.
iTop's Windows product page offers several different address workflows. Dynamic connections can change address between reconnects; a dedicated IP keeps a specific address; the Super Stealth option changes it while browsing. The provider itself says the changing-IP mode is unsuitable for gaming and streaming, a practical reason to choose the mode by task.
The Windows app also combines VPN controls with browser-trace cleanup and other utilities. Clearing stored browser history has a different scope from sending traffic through a tunnel. Free servers are offered without login, while paid access expands the offer. Check the app's current plan and platform feature table before assuming every desktop utility is present on a phone.
iTop's policy says it does not log original IP addresses, browsing history, traffic destinations, DNS queries or transferred data during service use. It separately describes account-verification information and support records that can contain device details or crash logs. Those records are different from the browser-trace cleanup utility and the traffic inside the VPN.
