The fare includes standard transfer charges such as taxes, tolls, parking and fuel. Extras such as child seats or additional luggage can cost more, so include them before comparing offers. Jayride’s stated cancellation boundary is more than 48 hours before travel for a full refund; at 48 hours or less the full fare is charged. Some changes require cancellation and a new booking, with that policy still applying to the original. Within 48 hours, changes are at the transport company’s discretion.
