What it does

Jenji handles expense receipts and mileage records through mobile and web apps. Solo is free for independent workers, while the French business offer is now presented as Silae Expense with per-user billing. Company workflows add review and reimbursement, and the wider Jenji platform includes spending reports and analysis.

Jenji connects employees submitting expenses with the finance and accounting teams reviewing them. Reports and receipts can move through validation and reimbursement, with accounting exports reflecting the configured accounts and tax rules. Independent workers can use the free Solo account to collect and export their own expense records.

Exporting expenses

In Solo, open Expenses, select the records and choose Exports > Standard (CSV, Excel, ZIP, PDF). Pick a format, name the export and select OK.

CSV and Excel contain fields such as date, category, currency, tax and converted total. A PDF summary gives the main amounts; the PDF-with-receipts option adds the supporting images. ZIP combines the original receipts with spreadsheet data, which is useful when sending a complete set to an accountant.

Solo does not let you define accounting rules. Its standard export may therefore need preparation before importing into accounting software. Advanced company workflows can create accounting entries using configured account and tax-recovery rules, and track expense status after recording or reimbursement.

Accounts and business plans

Solo is a lasting free offer. The current French pricing page presents the business option as Silae Expense, billed per user, with the amount arranged through a demonstration and sales discussion.

Create a Solo account in the app or on the web using email and password, Google or Apple. Keep using the same sign-in method. If joining an employer's account, begin with the invitation email so your account is linked to that company.

Jenji Studio adds customizable spending reports by department, entity or country. Advisor Suite covers budget simulations and analysis of unusual spending and company-card use. These broader analytics products have their own scope; the free Solo offer is aimed at individual expense records.
