What it does
JobAdder combines applicant tracking, recruitment client records and placement management for agencies and in-house teams. Placement records can include approval requirements, signed documents and expiry checks, with separate views for working temporary staff. Pricing is tailored to the organization, and agency plans differ from the in-house recruiting package.
JobAdder connects client job orders, candidates and placements. Required documents and approval permissions can keep an incomplete placement pending, with expiry reminders for later renewals.
On the Placements Grid, enable Show working temps and filter by start or end date. Extending an assignment creates another placement record with the new dates. Placement data can pass to connected payroll, billing or onboarding systems.
