What it does

JobsIreland combines Irish vacancy search with jobseeker resources and links to Intreo support. Search controls distinguish vacancy type, career level, sector and remote or blended working arrangements.

Choose the vacancy type before comparing the results. Paid positions, apprenticeships, self-employment, Community Employment and Work Placement Experience Programme opportunities appear as different choices. A programme placement and an ordinary paid vacancy can therefore be separated early in the search.

Career-level and sector controls add useful context when a title covers both entry-level and experienced work. The resources area links to training, application advice, disability-related supports and Intreo services, allowing the search to connect with preparation or support questions. Use the jobseeker route for those tasks; employer advertising has its own section. The Irish-language option provides another entry point. For a particular programme, follow its eligibility information before deciding that a search result is suitable.

Strengths

  • Distinguishes ordinary vacancies from apprenticeship and programme routes
  • Combines career-level filters with training and support resources

Best for
