What it does

Work Hub is the current government service reached from Find a Job. It combines job discovery with a CV builder, action plan and AI work assistant, with English and Welsh access. GOV.UK identifies the job-search service as covering England, Scotland and Wales.

Choose a starting task rather than trying every tool at once. The assistant offers prompts for identifying skills, exploring possible jobs, improving a CV and preparing for interviews. Job search and the CV builder also have their own entry points, while a course link leads to the careers service.

The homepage labels Work Hub as a beta service and invites feedback. Its action-plan route provides another way to organise the next steps around a search. Someone changing direction can start with skills and possible roles, while a person who already has a target can focus on the application material. Northern Ireland has a separate government job-search service, as the GOV.UK introduction explains. Use the relevant territorial service when moving from preparation to actual vacancies.

Strengths
