What it does
Jotform builds forms for applications, registrations, surveys and orders. Its integrations connect submissions with spreadsheets, file storage and payment services. You create an account to manage forms, and the free Starter plan includes standard form features with Jotform branding and usage limits.
Connect registration answers to the next task
Jotform combines a drag-and-drop builder with payment integrations and connections such as Google Sheets, Salesforce and Dropbox. For a registration form, a conditional question can ask for extra details only from attendees who choose a particular option.
To add that rule, open Settings in the Form Builder, select Conditions, then choose and configure a logic type. Show/Hide Field controls visibility; Update/Calculate Field changes a value or runs a calculation.
Choosing an account
| Plan | Main distinction |
|---|---|
| Starter | Free standard features, with branding and lower usage limits |
| Bronze, Silver and Gold | Paid subscriptions with progressively higher allowances |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing and multiple account users |
Starter is a continuing free plan, not a trial. Jotform says its ordinary paid plans do not have a trial period. When an account exceeds total submission storage, the oldest response can be deleted to make room, so download responses before clearing storage. The pricing table is also where to compare form, submission, payment and upload allowances.
