What it does

Joyfill manages inspection forms, customers, sites and field jobs, particularly for fire-protection teams. Field settings can flag a failed item, capture deficiency details and carry earlier inspection data into a new visit. The mobile app supports offline collection. Free Forever includes ten monthly submissions, with paid plans for larger teams and workloads.

Activate Joyfill deficiency capture on fields that indicate a failed inspection item. In My Forms, customize the form, select the field and open its settings, then enable Capture Deficiencies and choose the Failing Value. The trigger applies to future submissions, where a finding can carry a description, photos and status.

For a repeat inspection, create a new blank submission from the same form as the previous record. Open Actions > Import Previous Submission to copy the earlier data, then update it for the current visit. Both records must come from the same form. Submission filters locate reports by customer or site, status, deficiencies, date and user.

Plan Monthly submissions Other access
Free Forever 10 Templates and basic support
Premium 100 Email integrations, customer imports and onboarding assistance
Enterprise Unlimited Phone/live-chat support and form-building assistance

Premium and Enterprise are monthly subscriptions charged per user. The free account needs no credit card. Create the company account and invite staff, then use a template or prepare your own inspection form. The mobile app supports collecting inspection answers offline.

Strengths

  • Field-specific failing values trigger deficiency capture
  • A previous submission can prefill a new inspection record

Watch out for

  • Import Previous Submission requires both records to come from the same form

Best for

  • Inspection teams documenting deficiencies and repeating visits to the same sites
