What it does
Junip collects and displays customer reviews for Shopify stores. Product groups help merchants reuse relevant feedback across related listings. Its Free plan includes unlimited orders and review requests, while grouping and wider integrations require paid plans. Management uses the Junip admin.
Choose the direction of review sharing before building a group. A Family shares reviews between equivalent listings, such as colours of the same product. A Bundle collects component reviews onto the bundle.
In Products > Groups, choose Create Group, then Family. Name it and select products manually or use a Shopify tag to include matching current and future products. For Bundle, select the bundle in the top block and its components below.
| Plan | USD per month | Main additions |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | Basic displays, email requests and replies |
| Core | 29 | Product groups, media and advanced displays |
| Growth | 79 | Marketing integrations, custom questions and wider syndication |
| Premium | 299 | API, custom apps and multiple-store features |
Every plan permits unlimited orders and review requests; a seven-day trial is available. Groups allow 100 products on Core and Growth, or 1,000 on Premium. Family names stay internal. Retire products with Shopify's Draft or Archived status to preserve their reviews instead of deleting the catalogue entry.
