What it does
Mekari Jurnal combines ledgers, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and financial reports with multi-warehouse stock, purchasing and production records. It is a subscription service for Indonesian businesses, accessed through a registered Mekari account, with manufacturing features varying by plan.
Mekari Jurnal connects financial records to the movement and production of goods. Its accounts cover journal entries, currency differences, assets, depreciation and outstanding customer or supplier balances. Manufacturing tools add bills of materials, work orders and cost comparisons, so a production figure can be followed back to its component records.
From a bill of materials to a work order
After creating a bill of materials, choose Tindakan → Buat perintah kerja, select the assembly option, quantity, warehouses and planned production date. Component quantities follow the bill of materials.
The Lacak perutean choice controls whether you track production stages. Without stage tracking, enter actual start and finish dates before saving. With tracking, start the assembly, record its stages and complete it before confirming the final dates. The completed process produces stock adjustments and journal entries, available through Lihat entri jurnal & penyesuaian stok.
Those generated records cannot be edited independently while linked to the work order. Deleting the work order also removes its generated adjustments and journals, so it affects the books as well as the production list.

Sign in with your registered email and password at the Mekari account portal, then choose Jurnal. A free trial is advertised, but its length needs confirmation: official pages currently quote both seven and fourteen days.
