What it does

kajomi MAIL is a newsletter system with branded templates, recipient-based content and campaign reporting. It connects CRM, CMS and shop data to automatic welcome and reminder messages. The Free offer covers 50 contacts and 1,000 emails for 30 days; paid plans start at EUR 19 per month with a minimum six-month term.

A shared design can define the text fields, images and content blocks that editors work with. kajomi MAIL then supports plain-text or HTML newsletters and conditional blocks based on recipient properties. A dealer network, for example, could retain a common layout while showing content relevant to each recipient's interests.

CRM or CMS data can generate birthday greetings, welcomes and reminders through the integration. Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads can feed the address list, and reports distinguish sends, device-related opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. Decide which source supplies the customer field before making it a condition in the message.

Choose the package by both contact count and sending volume:

Package Price Included capacity and term
Free EUR 0 50 contacts and 1,000 emails for 30 days
Light EUR 19 per month 2,000 contacts and 10,000 emails; six-, twelve- or twenty-four-month term
Plus EUR 79 per month 10,000 contacts and 40,000 emails; the same term choices
NGO EUR 0 Charitable projects; unlimited emails with an individually agreed term

Extra contacts and sends are charged separately on paid plans. Integration work uses a kajomi system user account: the OAuth2 API accepts its username and password together with a client ID.
