Start with the collection you actually need
A Kali Forms template supplies a starting structure that you can replace with the site's own questions. Contact and employee-information templates are included free; additional templates such as applications and bookings belong to Pro. Install the free plugin through Plugins > Add New, search for Kali Forms, then activate it in WordPress. A vendor account is not required for that route.
A mailing-list signup and a booking request need different destinations even when they collect the same contact details. Choose the integration alongside the fields: paid Starter includes PayPal and newsletter connections, while Stripe begins with Small business.
