What it does
Kanka organizes tabletop campaign and worldbuilding information through connected entities such as places, characters and other setting material.
Create the recurring people and locations first, then link them as the campaign grows. This is useful when session notes alone no longer explain how the world fits together. Check the campaign’s sharing permissions before inviting players into information intended only for the game master.
Use an @mention in a session log to link a recurring character rather than creating another disconnected note. Kanka says its free core includes unlimited campaigns and entries, with export available. Paid tiers add items such as larger uploads and premium campaigns, so storage needs are a separate plan decision.
