What it does
KEH sells pre-owned cameras, lenses and accessories, with separate digital, film and lens-mount categories. It also provides gear advice, sales quotes, rental and repair routes.
KEH gives film-camera shopping its own structure, including 35mm, medium-format, large-format and instant equipment. Lens navigation separates mounts and camera formats, which is useful when a replacement needs to fit an existing body. The company describes inspection and grading as part of its pre-owned process and links to its grading system for further reading. Start with the format and mount, then compare the specific condition offered. Selling or trading gear, scheduling a video appointment, renting equipment and seeking a repair are distinct service routes rather than parts of every retail order.
KEH’s return page gives eligible purchases 21 days from delivery to request an RMA, followed by seven days to send the item. Used gear must come back in the condition supplied. As-Is goods, drones and film are final sale; altered or independently repaired items are excluded, and rentals use a separate policy. A low condition grade is therefore a different proposition from an As-Is listing.
