What it does

SEO Minion is a browser extension for on-page analysis, broken-link checks, redirects, hreflang validation, structured data and search-result utilities. Access comes with qualifying paid Keywords Everywhere plans.

Activate SEO Minion

SEO Minion is a browser extension included with Keywords Everywhere Silver or higher. Install it for Chrome, Firefox or Edge, create a Keywords Everywhere account and obtain the API key from its email or account page. In SEO Minion's settings, paste the key and select Validate. Bronze and free Keywords Everywhere access do not include Minion, and it cannot be purchased separately.

Qualifying plans are billed annually. If a newly purchased key is not recognized immediately, the setup guide says payment processing can take up to 30 minutes.

Review a page and hand over findings

Open a page and use Broken Links to check destinations, then download the results for follow-up. HTML-versus-DOM comparison shows what changed between the initial response and the page after scripts ran.

Hreflang checks inspect language codes, return links and the default-language reference. Redirect checks cover server, meta-refresh and JavaScript routes. These tools are useful when a page looks correct visually but its links or rendered markup need closer examination.

Strengths

  • Compares the initial HTML with the page after scripts run.
  • Combines downloadable link checks with redirect and hreflang inspection.

Watch out for

  • Requires Keywords Everywhere Silver or higher access and cannot be bought separately.

Best for

  • Technical SEOs already using a qualifying Keywords Everywhere plan
