What it does
Kledo combines business bookkeeping, purchase orders, expense tracking, inventory and fixed-asset depreciation, with bank and commerce integrations. A lasting free plan supports one user; paid subscriptions add larger allowances and features such as assets, manufacturing and multiple currencies.
A business moving to Kledo may already own equipment that has been depreciating for years. Under Aset Tetap → Tambah Aset Tetap, enter the asset name, your accounting start date and original cost. The existing-asset guide uses Ekuitas Saldo Awal for the opening-balance credit account. Turn off Tanpa Penyusutan if depreciation should apply, choose the method and accounts, enter depreciation accumulated before the start date, then save.
On Pro or above, run depreciation through Aset Tetap → Jalankan Penyusutan → Jalankan Penyusutan Sekarang and select the assets. Elite and Champion can instead schedule it automatically for the first of each month. Both methods create the depreciation journal entries; the scheduled option avoids running them manually.

Free includes purchases, expenses, cash and bank balances, 1,000 products and ten reports. Pro introduces fixed assets and one warehouse. Elite adds basic manufacturing and ten warehouses; Champion adds multiple currencies, budgets, approvals and twenty warehouses. Two marketplace connections are free across the plans, while custom templates are a paid add-on.
You can choose the lasting Free plan immediately or try a paid plan for fourteen days. Registration asks for your name, company, email and WhatsApp number, which receives the activation code. Bank and marketplace connections can bring transaction records into the same bookkeeping system as manually entered purchases and expenses.
