What it does
Klenty combines sales engagement, calling and CRM connections. Cadence states distinguish unanswered completion, replies, temporary stops and unsubscribes. Registration starts a 14-day trial with 200 emails; paid subscriptions use quarterly or annual billing.
Open the cadence's Prospects tab to distinguish Completed without reply from Replied. A missing next task does not by itself mean a conversation succeeded.
Manually stopped and Auto-reply stopped prospects can resume later. Replied stopped can also affect colleagues at the responding person's company domain when the corresponding Settings > Email option is active. Unsubscribed prospects receive no follow-up and cannot enter a new cadence.
Subscription scope
| Plan | Main emphasis | Charging basis |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Email outreach | Package with unlimited users and mailboxes |
| Growth | Multichannel activity and CRM synchronization | Per user |
| Plus | Account work and additional coaching/calling scope | Per user |
Sign up for fourteen days and up to 200 emails. The account is deactivated if it is not upgraded; a possible extension is arranged with the team. Compare the quarterly and annual terms and include any additional dialer capacity in the purchase.
