Annual billing has discounted rates. Each plan allows unlimited users, with individual email logins and assigned roles. A 14-day trial needs no credit card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Klips connects spreadsheets, databases, services and web data to dashboard calculations. Formula editing, debugging tools and source-code views help when a standard metric needs a custom definition.
Base includes PDF output. Grow adds scheduled report delivery and published links, which can be public, unlisted or password protected. That distinction is useful for a client dashboard: an unlisted link remains accessible to anyone who receives it, while a password adds a separate access requirement.
