What it does

Knolo is a no-code AI workspace. It stores knowledge in Minds, which hold documents and tables, and uses that material to run assistants and agents. Agents can run manually, on a schedule, from a trigger or from an assistant, and can call 68+ built-in tools plus thousands of integrations. Knolo also publishes a website on the user's own domain that reads from Minds, so site forms write into the same tables. Free tools are available without signup, and there is a CMS API and MCP connectors.

Free tools at knolo.io/tools run without signup. They include a YouTube subtitle and transcript downloader, a YouTube video summarizer, and a competitor research tool that takes a company name. Apps, such as the YouTube Toolkit, can be installed into a workspace, and a browser extension places an assistant in a Chrome side panel. The site links to documentation, a help center, a CMS REST API for reading and writing a Space's knowledge, and MCP connectors for Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT. The starting plan is described as 20,000 credits free, no card, and the site states that everything built stays with the user. Blog posts, guides and playbooks are also listed.
