What it does

Konnect offers Tunisian merchant collection through shared links, WooCommerce and PrestaShop plugins, or a custom payment integration. Freelancers and businesses use a verified account to accept payments. Processing is charged by payment method, with no setup fee or subscription.

For a link shared by SMS, email or WhatsApp, open Liens de Paiement > Créer un Lien de Paiement in the dashboard. Enter the amount and, if useful, a name, expiry date and maximum number of uses. Select the accepted payment methods, generate the link and share it with the buyer.

The link list separates active and expired requests and shows use counts and the amount collected. An active link can be changed through Modifier or removed through Supprimer. For example, a seller can give an order-specific link an expiry and usage limit instead of leaving it open indefinitely.

Processing charges

Payment method Published charge
Tunisian Visa or Mastercard 1.3%
Postal e-dinar card 1.3%
International Visa or Mastercard 2.9%
Bank transfer received TND2 per transfer

These are indicative standard rates; particular contractual arrangements can differ.

Konnect separates its sandbox dashboard from the production account. Upload the requested identity or business documents for verification, then choose the hosted payment page, store plugin or application programming interface, or API, for the intended checkout.
