What it does

Kontentino combines social calendars, client approval and reporting, with version history on Standard and higher plans. Team registration includes a two-week evaluation with no card requested, then paid access. Invited clients also count toward the user allowance.

Kontentino's version history and contextual feedback are useful when a post changes several times before approval. An agency can keep the image, caption and discussion together rather than deciding which attachment in a message thread is current. Multiple posts can be submitted for approval as a batch.

Client access has a particular billing rule: every role counts toward the user total, even though a client can accept an invitation without completing an ordinary registration process. A team should count approvers as well as the people writing the calendar.

After the trial, calendar access requires an active subscription. Expired-account data is stored for a year and can be recovered by purchasing a plan, while prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Plan Monthly price Monthly equivalent, billed annually Users Social profiles
Starter EUR 69 EUR 49 3 10
Standard EUR 149 EUR 109 10 40
Pro EUR 269 EUR 199 10 Unlimited

Standard adds bulk actions, post versions, tasks and internal notes. Pro includes analytics and content localization. Applicable taxes are additional.

After registration, the account has its own company login address. Clients accept an invitation and set a password. To continue after the trial, add billing details, select a plan and confirm the purchase: entering a card alone does not activate a subscription. Posts already scheduled can still publish after the trial ends even though calendar access expires.

Strengths

  • Version tracking keeps the current post and its feedback together
  • Batch approval supports a campaign rather than one post at a time

Watch out for

  • Client and other reviewer roles count toward the user total
  • Calendar access ends when the subscription expires
  • Prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable

Best for

  • Agencies revising and approving batches of client social content
