What it does
Krayin CRM is a Laravel-based application for customers, leads, sales activities and workflows. The community core is free under the MIT licence. Teams can install it on their own server or buy managed hosting priced around server resources rather than user seats.
Krayin keeps sales work in a modular application with custom attributes and email parsing through SendGrid. A developer can extend the Laravel and Vue.js foundation for a process that needs different records or integrations.
Self-hosted setup
The repository's installation route creates the project, configures the domain, mail and database in the environment file, then runs the installer. Staff use the installed application's login; the instructions identify an administrator login route. Server requirements include PHP, a database and at least 3 GB of RAM.
The community core is free under MIT. Managed Cloud Hosting takes over installation and infrastructure, supplies access through your own domain and charges for servers rather than seats. That option includes SSH and SFTP access and lets the customer increase RAM, CPU and storage as workload grows.
Strengths
- A maintained community core supports a self-hosted sales process
- The repository provides installation instructions and a published license
Watch out for
- Self-hosting leaves deployment and maintenance with the operator
Best for
- Teams with technical support for a customizable self-hosted CRM
