What it does
ECHR-KS organizes European Convention case-law knowledge by Convention article and cross-cutting themes.
Begin with an article or theme, then follow the relevant case-law material. The Registry-maintained platform complements HUDOC, while explicitly stating that its content does not bind the Court.
English and French are the platform’s authoritative language versions. Other translations may be the responsibility of a national partner, so keep the language version in your research notes.
