What it does
Lattice connects performance reviews with goals, feedback and recurring manager conversations. Teams can run annual, quarterly or project reviews with their own templates and visibility rules, then monitor completion. Contracts are billed annually in USD, with a USD 4,000 minimum annual agreement and separate choices for performance, goals and engagement.
Lattice review cycles can follow annual, quarterly or project schedules. Choose questions and visibility rules, then use the progress dashboard to locate unfinished assessments. AI drafts can draw on recorded performance information for the manager to review.

Foundations combines Performance and Goals & OKRs. The base products include manager tools such as one-to-one meetings, feedback and updates. Compensation and Grow career-development tools cost extra. The annual agreement must total at least USD 4,000, even when a small team needs few seats. Lattice says performance-management implementation has no additional fee. Existing users enter their team domain on the login page.
